Background: Addressing health-related social needs is essential for improving health and reducing longstanding disparities. However, barriers to screening – including clinician patient time burden of multiple limit identification. To address this concern promote the uptake by clinicians, it important that tools effectively efficiently identify needs’ presence absence among patients.
